Do I need an AI Node to get OpenClaw configured?

No. The Individual tier works on your existing hardware — laptop, desktop, mini PC, whatever you have. We set it up remotely. If you want us to source the hardware, we can do that too. The Enterprise tier can also be added to an AI Node build if you're getting one.

What hardware do I need?

For lighter models (7B-14B parameters): 8-16GB RAM. For stronger models (32B-70B): 32-64GB RAM. A dedicated GPU helps but isn't required for smaller models. During the consultation we'll match the right model to your hardware.

Can I do this myself?

Yes — we publish a free setup guide that walks through the full process. The Individual tier is for people who'd rather have it done right the first time without spending a weekend in config files. The Enterprise tier covers multi-user, NemoClaw, monitoring, and compliance documentation that goes beyond the DIY guide.

What messaging platforms does OpenClaw support?
