What's the difference between OS Only and Full Service?

OS Only ($849 new phone / $399 send-in) means we install the privacy OS and ship it — you set up your apps and accounts yourself. Full Service ($1,799 new / $799 send-in) includes an intake call where we learn your exact needs, configure apps, accounts, and settings to your spec, include a walkthrough call when it arrives, and 30 days of support via Signal or email. Full Service also includes a YubiKey, Faraday sleeve, and USB data blockers.

Will I still be able to use normal apps?

Yes. GrapheneOS includes sandboxed Google Play, which means you can install and run most Android apps without giving Google system-level access. CalyxOS and iodéOS use microG for similar compatibility. Most banking apps, social media, streaming, and messaging apps work.
